Arms Balancing & Inversions - 150H TTC Teachers Training Course
In this Training you will: start off with an invigorating flow to get your body warm and ready to explore arm balances, inversions. You will have the chance to play around with popular inversions and arm balances within a small group setting. There will be a maximum of 10 students so we can give individual assistance to each of you. We will spend time breaking down each arm balance or inversion, with tips on how to go from beginner level to advanced. Whether you are just starting to learn to hold crow pose or you want to try forearm stand, this workshop is for you.
