Prana, Chakras: Prana is the life-energy or life-principle of the universe. Explore this principal energy channels in great detail..

Patanjali Yoga sutras:  Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pretyahara, Dgharana, Dhyana, samadhi. Chita vritis.

Four paths of Yoga: Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Karma Yoga and Raja Yoga.

Bhagavad Gita: The Yogic lifestyle is the practice of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual discipline. You will learn how to live the Yogi’s life and understand how to integrate your spiritual practice in daily life.
