Meditation Course

Calming the mind is Yoga. Not just standing on the head.

The more regularly and deeply you mediate,
the sooner you will find yourself acting from a center of Inner Peace.

In this Course you will learn, and practice different active and passive Meditation Techniques for your Inner Journey.  

We will explain and practice each techniques, so you will have many styles to find the best for you and for others.

 

Meditation is a beautiful gift for you and friendly to share with others. 

Everyone can receive the benefits by practicing Meditation.  

All the levels are welcome.
