Course Description:

The course focus on Breathwork, Pranayama beginners and advanced Techniques. 
Trainees are expected to maintain a daily breathwork practice during the training.

The course includes following areas of study:

Basic to advanced breathing techniques
Teaching methodology.
 

Course Objectives

Trainees will practice and teach breathing techniques for different levels.

Trainees will learn scientific aspect of Pranayama, contraindications, benefits, bandhas and mudras.

Trainees will be able to lead breathwork Sessions
 

Breathwork practice  & Teaching Methodology

1st week: Led class focus on Basic to advanced breathing techniques for daily practice.
2nd week: Focus on Pranayama Teaching Methodology  

3rd week: Focus on Pranayama techniques, Trainees lead class.
4th week: Breathwork techniques for different levels, Practical exam Trainee leading a class.

Total 10 Pranayama Techniques will be covered in this Training
