Patanjali Sutra 1.34: pracchardana-vidhârañâbhyâm vâ prâñasya”
Translation:
The mind is also calmed by regulating the breath 

One of the finest methods there is to stabilize and calm the mind is breath awareness.

In this Course you will learn, and practice 10 different Pranayama Techniques for your self-practice.

We will explain and practice each technique.

 

Pranayama purifies the mind, so you can go deeper in your Meditation and Pranayama practice.

Everyone can receive the benefits by practicing Pranayama. All the levels are welcome.  
Learning how to breath properly is important to keep the body and mind healthy.
