In Tantra, the world is not something to escape from or overcome, but rather, even the mundane or seemingly negative events in day-to-day life are actually auspicious for your evolution. Rather than looking for samadhi, or liberation from the world, Tantra teaches that liberation is possible in the world. We just need to expand our awareness.

The term Tantra, means: "an instrument (tra) for expansion (tan)" of your awareness.
When it comes to Yoga it makes a practice deeper, breathing with mantras, mudras, awareness in your chakras and the flow of prana energy. Meditation and others techniques expanding your experience beyond the limits of body and mind.

This is a course for female Yoga Teachers who have completed 200 hours Training in any Yoga Style, and wish to continue their education online and take this Immersion in the practice of Tantra Yoga

The subjects that will be covered during this Training are: Tantra Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Chakras, Introduction to Tantra Yoga Philosophy and Ayurveda for Yoga.
 

This Course will bring clarity about Tantra Yoga, How to benefit with daily practice of this Traditional form of Yoga. It will definitely help to balance and cultivate your feminine energy.
 

We will give you all the materials for your self-study.  Including: asana charts with Tantra Yoga asanas,  mantras, meditation,  manuals, access to an exclusive website for students with the information of each class.
 

Duration: 4 weeks Intensive, vegetarian diet required.
