Yoga retreat package is a perfect introduction to yoga for a beginner or an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice by immersing yourself into the study of the principles and practices of yoga.

At E-Shala we offer individual and group Yoga sessions based on classical Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, or Tantra Yoga adapted for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, 

 

For guests who would like to delve deeper into the ancient spiritual tradition of yoga, a Yoga retreat is structured to allow you to experience not just the physical aspects of Yoga but also a blend of Meditation, Yogi breath


Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama are practical tools to navigate and integrate this incredible times.

 

Kundalini Yoga Retreat is an uplifting program with a blend of practices, that incorporate Yoga, Kriyas Movements, Breathing Techniques, Meditation, Bhakti Yoga to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
 

Practices covered during our Kundalini Yoga Retreat:

- Kundalini Kriya Yoga Lv 1 & 2

- Pranayama for Kundalini

- Kundalini Meditations

- Yoga Nidra

- Bhakti Yoga


Retreat Duration: from 1 Day , 3 days, 7 days,  - ( Individual Retreat or small group )

9 am Hatha Yoga / Tantra Yoga or Kundalini Yoga
( Yoga  Class + Pranayam 15 min + Meditation 15 min )
Breakfast time and rest
5.30pm Meditation

Saturday
9 am to 10.30 ( Yoga  Class + Pranayam 15 min + Meditation 15 min )
Breakfast time and rest
5.30pm Bhakti Yoga 

Sunday
9 am to 10.30 ( Yoga  Class + 15 min Pranayam)
Breakfast time
5 pm to 6.30 pm  Meditation or Yoga Nidra 

Fees : $100 -
Included: 1 person, 1day Classes /1 night Private room - Rishikesh

Pick Up at Dehradun Airport:   Included, (booking minimum 2 nights)
